Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026. This is an MVP agreement, not legal advice.
By using AccessBase at accessbase.app you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@accessbase.app.
The service
AccessBase is software for teams to track vendors, access, and recurring costs. We provide it “as is” during this MVP. Features, prices, and limits are as shown in the product or on the site at the time you use them.
Accounts
You must use accurate account information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity in workspaces you own or administer, including people you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break in or disrupt others, and no using AccessBase to store data you do not have the right to process.
Your data
You keep ownership of the content you put in AccessBase. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the product. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our billing provider. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically delete your data. We may change prices or limits with notice in the product or by email.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep AccessBase available but do not guarantee uptime. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (or zero if you are on a free plan).
Ending the service
You can stop using AccessBase at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that create risk to the service. After closure, we may delete workspace data after a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the product and contact us.
Have counsel review governing law, limitation of liability, indemnities, and consumer-rights carve-outs for your jurisdiction before relying on this in a contract.
